S.L. 117.17 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -"Director" means the Director of Trade and includes any officer in the Department of Trade authorised by him to act on his behalf; "Minister" means the Minister responsible for Trade; "person" includes a body of persons;

"producer" means any person who owns or has under his control any premises wherein there are at least one thousand layers;

"to sell" includes to consign to any person or to supply by way of compensation or otherwise.
