In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -"school" has the same meaning as assigned to it by the Education

Act; "school fees" means a charge in respect of any education or instruction imparted in a school or attendance therein, and includes any charge or remuneration in respect of any library, laboratory or sports facility available in the school, and "fees" shall be construed accordingly.
