S.L. 117.31 Art. 13Substitutes.

(1) A permit holder may nominate one person to act as his substitute in respect of a permit to operate a stall within a Farmers’ Market.

(2) The substitute shall be the person responsible for the stall in the absence of the permit holder:

Provided that the substitute may in no way attain the status of permit holder by virtue of his function as a substitute.

(3) The permit holder shall supply the Unit with the name of the substitute authorised by him.
