S.L. 117.6 Art. 3Description of goods. Cap. 37.

The importer of any goods referred to in regulation 2 or his agent, shall, before transhipment, in making due entry of the goods in terms of the Customs Ordinance and of the regulations made thereunder, describe such goods in accordance with their designation in the First Schedule, giving the relative quantity and/ or unit of measure or weight and deliver to the Comptroller of Customs the aforesaid transit authorisation certificate.
