S.L. 117.8 Art. 3Licence, ration book, etc.

Any licence, ration book, permit, registration form or other document issued by the Director under these Regulations, by which or in virtue of which any rationed commodity may be acquired, shall be personal to the person or family to whom it is issued, and shall not be transferable unless otherwise provided in the document itself.
