S.L. 128.1 Art. 7Applications.

(1) Applications in connection with licences shall be made on such forms as may be prescribed by the Commissioner from time to time, and they shall be signed or marked by the applicant.

(2) Such application shall indicate -

(a) the name, surname, father’s name, occupation and place of residence of the applicant, and any other particular at the discretion of the Commissioner relative to applicant’s identity;

(b) the object for which the licence is required including all relevant particulars thereof;

(c) where a licence is required in respect of acts which are to be performed on specified dates or at specified times or in specified places, the dates, times and places to be covered by the licence;

(d) any other detail which may be required under any particular law for the time being in force or which may be required by the Commissioner at his discretion.
