S.L. 156.2 Art. 6Appointment of operator.

(1) The licensee shall appoint the operator and shall notify the Licensing Authority of the appointment in advance. The Licensing Authority, if necessary in consultation with the competent authority, may object to the appointment of the operator.

(2) If the Licensing Authority objects to the operator appointed by the licensee, the licensee shall appoint a suitable alternative operator or assume the responsibilities of the operator under these regulations.
