S.L. 16.1 Art. 3Duty of family welfare officer to secure well-being of protected children.

Family welfare officers shall visit and examine from time to time protected minors and the premises in which those minors are being kept in order to satisfy themselves as to the well-being of the minors and give such advice as to their care and maintenance as may be needed.
