S.L. 171.2 Art. 9Prospective Port Workers Register.

(1) There shall be established a Prospective Port Workers Register.

(2) The Board shall register on the Prospective Port Workers

Register any person who requests to be so registered and who satisfies the requirements of these regulations with regard to his eligibility to be so registered.

(3) The Authority shall also maintain a register of those persons who are eligible to become prospective port workers in terms of these regulations. Persons registered on the said register have to renew their registration, in person, during January of every year in such order or manner as the Authority may direct.
