S.L. 218.1 Art. 3Fees.

The fees established in the Schedule shall be payable by an applicant to the Director for:

(a) the grant of an air operator’s certificate;

(b) the variation of an air operator’s certificate;

(c) the oversight of the operations of the holder of the air operator’s certificate. SCHEDULE

Removal of an aircraft listed in the Air Operator’s Certificate Upon making an application for the removal of an aircraft listed Operator’s Certificate, the applicant shall pay a fee of €23.29. 2.4.
