S.L. 220.4 Art. 79Withdrawal of charge-sheets and charges.

A court may with the concurrence of the convening officer

(which may be signified to the prosecutor) allow the prosecutor to withdraw a charge before the accused is arraigned thereon or a charge-sheet before the accused is arraigned on any charge therein.
