Tas-Sellum Residence (Mellie]a Project) consisting of the immovable property as per Plan marked as Document "X" annexed to a deed in the records of Notary Doctor of Laws Sandra Bugeja by Deed No. 246 of the twenty-ninth (29 ) September of the year two th thousand and four (2004), is hereby designated as a Designated Special Area for the purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act.
