S.L. 261.12 Art. 7

With effect from the 30th May, 1989:

(a) An area of land forming part of the St. Catherine, Tal-Fuklar Government Housing Estate, limits of Attard, consisting of the extension to backyards of Plot Nos. 1 to 8 in the said Estate having an area of approximately 331 square metres, bounded on the North-West, South-West and South-East by Government property.

(b) House numbered 103, Triq Salvu Azzopardi, Dingli.

(c) House numbered 2, School Street, Hamrun.

(d) Flat numbered 6, Block D-l, Door B, Triq il-Gladjoli, Government Housing Estate, Mosta.

(e) Flat numbered 5, Block A-2, Triq il-Gzari, Government Housing Estate, Mosta.

(f) House numbered 5, Triq il-Bjad, Naxxar.

(g) House numbered 11, Triq il-Ma]lu[, Naxxar.

(h) House numbered 17, Triq il-Ma]lu[, Naxxar.

(i) Flat numbered 6, Block 1, De La Cruz Avenue. Qormi.

(j) Flat numbered 3. Block VII, Fontanier Street. Qormi.

(k) House numbered 14-15. St. Francis Street, Qormi.

(l) An area of land forming part of the Qormi (Near Central Supplies) Government Housing Estate, limits of Qormi, incorporating: the plot in the said Estate known as Plot No. 15 having, an area of approximately 157.5 square metres, bounded on the North-East by Government property. and on the South-West and North-West by property of the Housing Authority (Rural Tenement No. 50107).
