S.L. 261.22 Art. 7

With effect from the 16th July, 1999:

(1) The following land forming part of Tal-Far Government Housing Estate, Triq il-Kunsill ~iviku, limits of Victoria (Rabat), Gozo, as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 926.5 square metres, known as Plot A, bounded on the North by Government property, on the South by public road, and on the East by Triq il-Kunsill ~iviku, and which is edged green and marked A on L.D. 36/99/1;

(b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 1,447.13 square metres, known as Plot B. bounded on the North by Triq l-Ewropa, on the South by Government property, and on the East by Triq il-Kunsill ~iviku, and which is edged green and marked B on L.D. 36/99/1;

(c) A plot of land having an area of approximately 3,499 square metres, known as Plot C, bounded on the North by Triq l-Ewropa, on the East by Government property, and on the West by Triq il-Kunsill ~iviku, and which is edged green and marked C on L.D. 36/99/1;

(d) A plot of land having an area of approximately 1,664.3 square metres, known as Plot D, bounded on the South by Triq Fortunato Mizzi, on the East by Triq il-Kunsill ~iviku, and on the West by Triq l-Universitas and Government property, and which is edged green and marked D on L.D. 36/99/1. (HAM 860/88).

(2) A plot of land having an area of approximately 237 square metres, forming part of Is-Sg]ajtar Government Housing Estate, in Triq l-G]akkies, limits of Naxxar, bounded on the North-East by property of Nazzarenu Xerri, on the South by public road, and on the South-East by Triq l-G]akkies, and which is edged green on L.D. 142/81/21. (HAM 113/78).

(3) For the indication to site plan L.D.167/98 in the final paragraph of item (1) of the Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No.2) Order, 1999, published by Legal Notice 52 of 1999, which item refers to Garages number 1 to 25 underlying Binja Nigret, at Nigret Housing Estate, |urrieq, there shall be substituted the indication to site plan L.D. 198/81/22. (HAM 7/94).
