S.L. 261.27 Art. 5

With effect from the 26th August, 2004:

(1) Plots of land forming part of the Naxxar-G]arg]ur Home Ownership Scheme plots, limits of G]arg]ur, marked A, B and C, as indicated edged in red and respectively marked on P.D. 9/99/2 as follows:

(a) a plot of land shown marked A and known as Site A, having an area of approximately 2,092 square metres, bounded on the North by Triq l-Isqof S. Gaffiero, on the South by Triq Giovanni Gafà, and on the West by Triq tal-{onna, which land formed part of Government land acquired in virtue of deed No. 137/96 dated 24th July, 1996, in the records of Notary Vincent Miceli;

(b) a plot of land shown marked B and known as Site B, having an area of approximately 3,011 square metres, bounded on the North by Triq l-Isqof S. Gaffiero, on the South by Triq Giovanni Gafà, and on the East by Triq Antonio Zammit, which land formed part of Government land acquired in virtue of deed No. 137/96 dated 24th July, 1996, in the records of Notary Vincent Miceli; and

(c) a plot of land shown marked C and known as Site C, having an area of approximately 2,393 square metres, bounded on the North by Triq Giovanni Gafà , on the South by Triq ix-Xwieki, and on the West by Triq Gaspare Formica, which land formed part of Government land acquired in virtue of deed No. 137/96 dated 24th July, 1996 and 4/89 dated 11th January, 1989, both deeds in the records of Notary Vincent Miceli.
