S.L. 261.30 Art. 4

With effect from the 17th September, 2007:

(1) A plot of land known as Plot No. 42 in Triq Napuljun Caruana Dingli, Ta’ Pennellu, Mellie]a, bounded on all sides by property belonging to Government, granted on temporary emphyteusis to Maria Muscat as per contract dated 20th March, 1970 in the deeds of Notary A. Grech and registered as Tenement X07741 (65685) on which are built premises bearing number 18 (Plot 42), known as “York”, Triq Napuljun Caruana Dingli, Mellie]a and which is edged red and marked P. 42 on L.D. 383/91/6. (HAP 9/2007).

(2) A plot of land known as Plot No. 105 in Triq i`-~ikas, Bulebel i\-|g]ir, |abbar, bounded on all sides by property belonging to Government, granted on temporary emphyteusis to Lawrence Desira as per contract dated 27th February, 1974 in the deeds of Notary A. Grech and registered as Tenement 67476, on which are built premises bearing number 105, known as “Lovandes”, Triq i`-~ikas, |abbar, and which is edged red and marked Plot 105 on L.D. 37/81/39. (HAP 10/2007).

(3) Flat number 2, Block A4, Government Buildings, Triq Mater Boni Consigli, Fgura (Tenement No. 72816 -RTB 128/2005). |abbar

(4) Terraced house numbered 111, Triq il-Ward, (Tenement No. 67619 - RTB 167/2005).
