S.L. 261.38 Art. 4

With effect from the 26th June, 2015:

(1) Four houses, known as Houses 113, 121, 123 and 147 in Triq Salvu Psaila, Birkirkara and which form part of Government property formerly part of Tenement No. 82086 and of land acquired by Deed dated 12th August 1933 in the acts of Notary C. Gatt. All houses are shown edged in red on plan HA 699/2015, as follows:

(a) house numbered 113 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 62107 and is bounded on the South-East by Government property, on the South-West by Triq Salvu Psaila and on the North-West partly by Government property and partly by a public open space;

(b) houses numbered 121 and 123 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62111 and 62112 respectively and are bounded on the South-East by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title, on the South-West by Triq Salvu Psaila and on the North-West by Government property; and

(c) house numbered 147 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 62124 and is bounded on the South-East by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title, on the South-West by Triq Salvu Psaila and on the North-West by Government property. (HAA 52/ 2015).

(2) The administration of four flats in Block A, excluding the underlying property, in Triq Wigi Rosato, Bormla. Flats numbered 1 to 4 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 65067 to
