This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 30/61 and Deed No. 31/61 both dated 21st January 1961 in the acts of Notary H. Borg and the whole block is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 2016_1079 (HAA 101/2011).

(37) A block, known as Block No. 2 consisting of sixteen flats, of which eight are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq il-Mediterran, Valletta. This block is bounded on the South-West by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title, on the North-East by an open space accessible from Triq San Duminku and on the South-East by Triq il-Mediterran. Flats numbered 2, 6, 8 and 13 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 63013, 63017, 63019 and 63024 respectively, flats numbered 10 and 11 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 63021 and 63022 respectively and flats numbered 15 and 16 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers X51795 and X51796 respectively. This block falls on Government property leased for over 30 years and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block No. 2” on plan P.D. 2016_0888 (HAA 65/ 2016).

(38) A block, known as Block No. 178 consisting of fourteen flats, of which six are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, and underlying garages in Triq San Kristofru, Valletta. This block is bounded on the South-East by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title, on the North-East by an open space accessible from San Duminku and on the South-West by Triq San Kristofru. Flats numbered 1 to 4 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62984 to 62987, flats numbered 6 and 10 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62989 and 62993 respectively and flats numbered 13 and 14 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers X51801 and X51802 respectively. This block falls on Government property leased for over 30 years and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block No. 178” on plan P.D. 2016_0788 (HAA 66/2016).
