S.L. 321.4 Art. 10Legal or professional assistance.

(1) Any party to the proceedings before the Board may be assisted by an advocate or legal procurator. The warrant holder may also be assisted by a member of his profession whose name appears in the list of warrant holders as published in terms of article 7(3) of the Act.

(2) The Chairman shall bring the provisions of this regulation to the notice of any party to the proceedings appearing before the Board without any such assistance.
