S.L. 325.2 Art. 4Approval by the Corporation.

Any project proposed by a company carrying out an activity mentioned in regulation 3 shall not obtain any benefit or incentive under the Act unless it is approved by the Corporation in advance, and shall therefore only qualify for such benefit or incentive so long as it complies with all the conditions and obligations of such approval.
