S.L. 327.24 Art. 4Vacancy.

If one of the members is absent without sufficient reason for three consecutive meetings of the Committee, he shall cease to be a member, and another member shall be appointed in his stead by Senate or the KSU as the case may be. Such new member shall remain in office only during the remaining period of office of the member replaced by him.
