S.L. 327.596 Art. 11Repeal

The Bye-Laws of 2010 in terms of the General Regulations for University Undergraduate Awards, 2004 for the Higher Diploma in Public Accounting and Finance - under the auspices of the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy, published as Legal Notice 409 of 2010, shall be th deemed to cease to be in force as from the 30 September 2018, st provided that students registered for this course before the 1 October 2018 shall continue to be governed by the bye-laws that were in force at the time of their joining the course.
