(1) The fees specified in the Schedule shall be levied by the Superintendent of Public Health for the services listed therein.

(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subregulation (1), the Superintendent may at any time refuse to offer any service listed in the said Schedule.

(3) The fees prescribed in the Schedule are without prejudice to any other fees that may be due for any other services rendered by the Health Inspectorate. (Regulation 3)
