S.L. 36.18 Art. 6Loss of right for compensation.

No compensation shall be payable under these Regulations to any owner of the animals if -

(a) in the opinion of the Director, such owner has not taken all the necessary precautions to prevent the disease; or

(b) such owner has not been registered with the Director; or

(b) such owner has not submitted to the Director, when so requested, a return giving all the information required by the Director.
