S.L. 363.102 Art. 2Delegation to take effect.

The delegation by the Authority for Transport in Malta to complete the agreed works on the roads listed in an Agreement entered into between each Local Council and the said Authority shall take effect in relation to each Council in terms of the Agreement referred to in the published deed as from the effective date of delegation shown against the relative Local Council in the Schedule.
