S.L. 363.210 Art. 2Interpretation. Cap. 363.

In these Bye-Laws unless the context otherwise requires:

''the Act'' means the Local Government Act;

''Council'' means the Birkirkara Local Council;

''locality'' means the locality of Birkirkara as shown in the Second Schedule to the Act;

''loitering'' means the persistent presence of any person for no apparent reason;

''road'' means the same as the definition provided in the Act.
