S.L. 364.10 Art. 2Value of concessionary rate.

The concessionary rate of three euro and fifty cents (3.50) per one hundred euro or part thereof shall apply on the value of the first sixty-nine thousand and eight hundred and eighty-one euro and twenty cents (69,881.20) in respect of acquisition of immovable property for the purpose of establishing therein or constructing thereon the sole ordinary residence.
