S.L. 37.5 Art. 44Subsistence charge.

Where -

(a) an officer of the Customs attends to his duties at a place which is more than five kilometres away from his station; or

(b) such duties exceed five hours in duration, a subsistence charge shall be made at the rates the Government from time to time pays to such officer for similar attendances.
