S.L. 378.21 Art. 5Penalties and proceedings.

(1) For the purpose of Article 35 of Regulation (EU)

2021/782, the penalties in relation to any infringements of Regulation

(EU) 2021/782 or of these regulations shall be those penalties established in Part XIIA of the Act.

(2) Part IIA of the Act shall apply to proceedings in relation to any infringements of Regulation (EU) 2021/782 or of these regulations.
