S.L. 378.6 Art. 2Corporations considered as traders.

Each public corporation mentioned hereunder, which is a corporation which provides goods or services to consumers for a fee, shall be considered as from the 1st October, 1997 as a trader for the purposes of the Consumer Affairs Act:

Jobsplus Malta Development Corporation Malta Drydocks

Telemalta Corporation Malta Freeport Corporation Limited

Water Services Corporation.
