S.L. 386.2 Art. 17Transitional arrangements.

The competent authority may issue Investment Service Rules in terms of article 6(2)(b) of the Investment Services Act, to establish transitional arrangements in relation to SICAVs already set up prior to the coming into force of these regulations and in this regard to impose any relevant conditions and regulate any related documents, as it may deem appropriate.
