S.L. 403.15 Art. 21Registrable rights.

The effects of a reorganisation measure or of winding up proceedings on the rights of the Maltese insurance undertaking with respect to -

(a) immovable property;

(b) a ship; or

(c) an aircraft, and subject to registration in a public register, are to be determined exclusively by the law of the Member State or EEA State under the authority of which that register is kept.
