The title of these regulations is the Reinsurance Special

Purpose Vehicles Regulations.

(2) The purpose of these regulations is to implement the relevant provisions of the EU Delegated Regulation and the EU Implementing Regulation, as hereinafter defined, and these regulations shall be interpreted and applied accordingly.
