S.L. 403.19 Art. 7Requirements for authorisation.

The competent authority shall not issue an authorisation in terms of these regulations unless it is satisfied that the relevant provisions relating to authorisation, as set out in Chapter XV of the EU Delegated Regulation and in the EU Implementing Regulation, are being met.
