S.L. 403.22 Art. 1Citation and scope.
(1) The title of these regulations is the Insurance Business (Exemptions) Regulations.
(2) The purpose of these regulations is to implement Articles 3, 4, 5, 7, 9(1) and (2), 10(1) and 11 of the Solvency II Directive.
