S.L. 403.23 Art. 1Citation and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Insurance Business

(Solvency II Transitional Provisions) Regulations.

(2) The purpose of these regulations is to implement Articles 51(2) third sub-paragraph, 129(3) second sub-paragraph, 131, 256(1), 308b, 308c, 308d and 308e of the Solvency II Directive and they shall be interpreted and applied accordingly.
