(1) The Authority shall, upon the classification or the re-

classification of any tourism operation requiring such classification or re-classification, and upon payment of the relevant fee as indicated in the Fees (Tourism) Regulations, forward to the licensee thereof a certificate showing the name, category, class and locality of the tourism operation establishment as well as the name of the licensee.

(2) The said classification certificate shall be displayed in a prominent place within the premises of the tourism operation.
