(1) Every licensee of a tourism operation shall, when so required by the Minister or the Authority, submit such information relating to his tourism operation for statistical and planning purposes as the Minister or the Authority may from time to time require, in such form and within such time, as may be established by the Minister or the Authority.

(2) Every licensee of a tourism operation shall inform the Authority without delay of any changes in his tourism operation which result, or have the potential to result, in changes in the conditions of his licence.
