S.L. 409.8 Art. 19Right of representation.

Before refusing to grant or renew a licence under the Act, and before suspending, cancelling or withdrawing any such licence, the Authority shall inform the applicant or the licence holder in writing of its intention and shall give him an opportunity to make representations within the time stipulated by the Authority.
