S.L. 419.2 Art. 8Licensee may cease using the standard mark.

(1) Any licensee under these regulations may, at any time, cease to make use of the standard mark in relation to any local goods covered by the relative licence.

(2) A licensee who shall have ceased from making any use of the standard mark in accordance with subregulation (1) shall not be entitled to any refund of the fee paid for the grant or renewal of the relative licence or of any part of such fee.
