The times at which sales by auction may start shall be as follows -

From the 1st of September to the 31st October, 4.00 a.m. From the 1st of May to the 31st August, 4.00 a.m.

From the 1st to the 30th November, 4.30 a.m. From the 1st December to the 30th April, 5.00a.m. No sales shall be held before such times.
