S.L. 426.3 Art. 3Notification.

In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, a person established in Malta who intends to provide qualified trust services shall, before providing such services, submit a notification to the Authority in accordance with the provisions of Article 21 of the Regulation and with any notification form and process that the Authority may from time to time establish.
