S.L. 427.29 Art. 2Applicability.

(1) These regulations shall apply as from 18 July 2016.

(2) The putting into service of pressure equipment and assemblies or the making available on the market of pressure equipment and assemblies covered by the Pressure Equipment Regulations, 2002, which are in conformity with those regulations and which were placed on the market before 18 July 2016 shall not be impeded.

(3) Certificates and decisions by notified bodies under Pressure Equipment Regulations, 2002, shall be valid under these regulations.
