S.L. 427.68 Art. 3Contraventions. Cap. 427.
The provisions of articles 6, 12, 14, 23, 26, 29, and 32 of the Product Safety Act shall apply in respect of offences under Article 12, paragraphs 1 and 2, of Regulation (EC) No. 106/2008.
