S.L. 427.74 Art. 7Penalties.

(1) Violations of these regulations or of provisions and decisions issued in pursuance thereof are construed as infringements to the Act.

(2) The penalties applicable shall be those provided for in article 32 of the Act.

(3) The provisions of articles 4, 6, 7, 12, 14, 23, 26, 29 and 32 of the Act shall apply in respect of offences under regulations 3, 4 and 5.
