In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"the Act" means the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs

Authority Act; "approval authority" means the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority established by article 3 of the Malta

Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority Act.
