S.L. 433.27 Art. 20Official post control for conservation varieties.

(1) The Directorate shall ensure that seed of a conservation variety marketed under these regulations is subject to official post control by means of inspections carried out randomly in order to verify its varietal identity and varietal purity.

(2) The official post control referred to in sub-regulation (1) shall be carried out in accordance with current international methods, or, in the absence of such, in accordance with any appropriate methods.
