Seeds of Helianthus Official statement that: annuus L. (a) the seeds originate in areas known to be free from Plasmopara halstedii (Farlow) Berl. and de Toni; or

(b) the seeds, other than those seeds that have been produced on varieties resistant to all races of Plasmopara halstedii (Farlow) Berl. and de Toni present in the area of production, have been subjected to an appropriate treatment against (Farlow) Berl. and de Toni. Plasmopara halstedii
