(1) The title of these rules is the Analytical Method for the

Determination of Constituents of Animal Origin for the Official Control of Feedingstuffs Rules.

(2) The scope of these rules is to implement the rules found under the European Union Commission Directive 2003/126/EEC on the analytical method for the determination of constituents of animal origin for the official control of feedingstuffs.
