S.L. 439.22 Art. 3Prohibition of use during certain periods.

(1) No may be used on any road throughout karozzin the period from the first of July to the 31st of August any year between

13:00 hours and 16:00 hours.

(2) Without prejudice to any other liability or penalty which may be incurred by the offender, an animal welfare officer shall have the power to remove any animal and karozzin being used in contravention of sub-regulation (1).
